As a matter of course, Sombra is a nosy, invasive little creature who makes it a habit to access and download as much information as she possibly can. On whatever subject she can possibly find. She is an intelligence operative, and as 'she who has the information has the power'...she intends on being as powerful as possible.

This includes holding power over others; however, for OOC purposes, Sombra's hacking is opt-in. If someone has not posted granting permission I will assume that their character has either not registered on her radar, or there is something interfering with her ability to hack- including another's capabilities to defend against her attacks. Permission will be requested for case-by-case situations that have caught her interest.

So, that said-

Please be aware that not all characters will be familiar with these methods, though to be quite blunt if Sombra is playing in a modern/futuristic setting there's only so little preventing a character from using, say, Google, and looking these up on their own.
